Mediation

Mediation is an important component of our legal system.  While often court-ordered, as well as privately sought, pre-litigation mediation can be an effective tool to resolve disputes at an early stage, a benefit for the parties both emotionally and financially.  Mediation gives the parties the opportunity to take back ownership of their case and actively participate in a decision-making process to arrive at a solution agreeable to all.     

Mediation Costs (Private)

Admin. Fee $200 per party

Hourly Rates:

• 2 Party Cases    $175/party/hour
• 3 Party Cases    $116.50/party/hour
• 4 Party Cases   $87.50/party/hour
• 5+ Party Cases Flat Rate Available Upon Request
• Pre/Post-Consultation & Document Review Hourly Mediation Rate

Mediation Cancellation Policy

Mediations cancelled within 10 days of the mediation will be charged a cancellation fee of $125 per party. However, mediations cancelled, rescheduled or settled within 24 hours of the mediation will be charged 4 hours of the Mediator’s hourly rate.
