Mediation is an important part of the legal process and can be a highly effective way to resolve disputes without the time and expense of litigation. Whether court-ordered or voluntarily pursued, mediation allows parties to work toward a resolution in a more efficient and collaborative setting.

Private Mediation Costs

Administrative Fee: $200 per party

Hourly Rates
2-party cases: $175 per party, per hour
3-party cases: $116.50 per party, per hour
4-party cases: $87.50 per party, per hour
5 or more parties: Flat rate available upon request

Pre- and post-mediation consultation and document review are billed at the standard hourly mediation rate.

Cancellation Policy
Mediations cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled date will incur a cancellation fee of $125 per party. Mediations cancelled, rescheduled, or settled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be billed for 4 hours at the mediator’s hourly rate.
